Local Deliveries

  • Local delivery cost: The delivery fee varies between $10,000 COP and $20,000 COP, depending on the location.

  • Deliveries in Medellín: If your purchase is made within Medellín, your order will be delivered on the same day as the purchase, provided the order is placed before 2:00 p.m.

National and International Shipping

    • Local orders: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days for products available for immediate delivery.

    • International orders and special orders: For imported items or special orders, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days, depending on transport conditions and customs.

  • Conditions: We offer free shipping for orders over 500 USD within the United States. This promotion will be applied automatically at checkout.

  • Returns in the United States: If you make a purchase from the United States, we offer easy returns for defective items or size exchanges through FedEx. You have 5 days to return the items, as long as they are unused, unmodified, and with the original tags and packaging.
