Returns for Manufacturing Defects or Size Change

  • Return period: You have 5 business days from the date of receipt to request a return for a manufacturing defect or a size exchange.

  • Product conditions: The item must be unused, unmodified, and include its original tags and packaging to be eligible for return. If the product is not returned in the same condition it was delivered, the return will not be processed.

Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects or Incorrect Product

If the item you received is defective or incorrect, exchanges will only apply when the product has been received by our company in a defective condition or with order errors. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs for you to receive the correct product or for an exchange for another product of your choice.

International Returns

  • In Colombia: Returns for manufacturing defects or size changes can be easily handled through our logistics partner Colvanes.

  • In the U.S.: Returns for manufacturing defects or size changes can be handled through our logistics partner FedEx.

How to Process a Return

  3. Return shipping: Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will proceed with exchanging the amount for another product of your choice.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Exchange for another product: Instead of a direct refund, the amount of your purchase will be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. If the new product is of a higher value, the difference will be requested from you. If the new product is of lower value, the difference will be credited as store credit for future purchases.
