Off-White founder Virgil Abloh’s Nike Air Rubber Dunk is the designer’s first signature sneaker with the Swoosh. He released three colorways of his new model, and this colorway was dubbed University Gold.
The Air Rubber Dunk’s upper is constructed of rubber, synthetic leather, and mesh throughout. The tongue’s raw edges bring in Virgil’s signature deconstructed style that he’s known for incorporating into all of his Nike collaborations. Finally, the midsole adds to its theme with rubber enclosures around the Air Bubble unit.
The Nike Air Rubber Dunk Off-White University Gold was released in October 2020.
