The New Balance 9060 Mushroom Timberwolf puts a futuristic spin on classic New Balance designs including the 99X, 991 and 860.
The Mushroom Timberwolf colorway of the New Balance 960 sports a lightweight and breathable white mesh upper with pig suede overlays in complementary shades of grey, tan, and brown. The side panel’s classic N logo is constructed with pale embroidered dashed lines that match the cream laces. The heel features a semi-translucent CR device and NB branding. The sock liner is cream-colored, and the black insole and grey tongue sport New Balance branding. The outsole is black rubber with a red diamond traction pattern.
What we like most about this sneaker is the performance outsole. The midsole is constructed with ABZORB in an exaggerated wavy pattern with ABZORB SBS in the heel for cushioning and shock absorption.
