These chunky sneakers are inspired by New York’s Masaryk Community Gym and incorporate elements of the gym’s retro style. For example, the sneaker features a slightly yellow leather base, reminiscent of distressed white leather. Small perforations on the side panels and vamp, as well as Classic Pine detailing, also contribute to the sneaker’s vintage appeal. The padded mesh collar displays a logo tag that pays homage to both New Balance and Aime Leon Dore.
