As New Balance delves deeper into its retro catalog, the 1906A Tech Explosion joins the ranks of reimagined technical running sneakers with roots from the early 2000s. It features a classic white mesh base with exaggerated synthetic and genuine leather overlays in Silver Metallic, Gold Metallic, and Castlerock. Each overlay pops against the base, highlighting individual design details. Nylon webbing in Castlerock runs through the New Balance “N” and hangs over the midsole, giving the sneaker an unfinished look.
