After releasing his last collaborative clothing collection with Uniqlo’s UT line in June 2019, KAWS returned just over a month later for the Japanese installment of his KAWS Holiday series. The event and collection took on the theme of Mount Fuji, hosting camps in Japan and releasing a variety of collectibles inspired by the holiday and Mount Fuji. As part of the event, KAWS’ latest installment of vinyl figurines was released, depicting a fellow man lying on the ground in what appears to be a very relaxing position. The KAWS HOLIDAY JAPAN vinyl figure was released on July 18, 2019, and sold for $200 USD.
