The Jordan 3 Retro Doernbecher Hugo, released as part of the Doernbecher Freestyle XIX collection, is the creation of Hugo Covarrubias Molina, taking inspiration from his favorite NFL team: the Seattle Seahawks.

The Doernbecher Hugo Jordan 3 Retro’s color scheme reflects the team’s iconic colors and incorporates a navy leather upper adorned with grey elephant print overlays and a vibrant Slime Green drip pattern. Secured by glow-in-the-dark laces, the design includes a transparent heel tab displaying Hugo’s stylized logo, an embossed Jumpman, and his nickname, “Juice.” The green-tinted translucent outsole reveals the encouraging message, “It’s OK to be different.” Adding a luxurious touch, a gold-plated hangtag serves as a pendant on a necklace.

The Jordan 3 Retro Doernbecher Hugo stands out for its distinctive design, featuring Hugo’s unique style and nickname, “Juice,” creatively integrated with a cool drip effect on the upper. This, along with the 24K gold-plated custom logo hangtag, contributes to the sneaker’s unique and unmatched aesthetic. The sneaker debuted at $210 on December 2, 2023.
