Spoiler alert: Another Deadpool x adidas sneaker could reveal major plot details

Logan and Wade bring their classic looks to their respective adidas shoes.

Official images of the full adidas “Deadpool & Wolverine” collection have been added. In adidas’ initial press release and our original coverage, it was rumored that a third sneaker would slide onto the slate closer to the film’s release. Evidently, this is a “Kidpool” Forum Low in GS sizing, possibly indicating a major inclusion in the upcoming kit. A black and red palette also adorns the scaled-down version, with comic book-like graphics plastered on the interior. While Deadpool pouches aren’t grafted onto this colorway, a utilitarian vibe is nonetheless maintained. Additional pricing details are still unclear, but we’ll keep this page updated as they emerge.

In addition to the new addition, we've included the best looks at the original Rivalry Low, which is set to release on August 1. Keep an eye out for all the new images below, with the corresponding "Where to Buy" sections updating with direct links on release day.

The upcoming Deadpool & Wolverine is a big moment on a number of different fronts; it’s a huge turning point for the MCU as a whole and rewards comic book fans with a massive connection between two long-time favorite characters. Recognizing that importance, adidas is teaming up with Marvel once again, giving the comic book icons their own sneakers alongside some retro apparel.

Both antiheroes are presented in the colors of the adidas Rivalry Low, a standout model from Germany so far this year. On the Deadpool edition, the plush, overwhelmingly pink suede is accented with black detailing throughout. Speckled paint on the midsole references his penchant for the gory, while an additional leather pouch honors his (perhaps overly) functional uniform.

As for Wolverine, the German designers would have been crazy to have moved away from the iconic yellow, black and blue colour scheme so celebrated before his big screen debut. The X-men logo appears on the tongue, while his Adamantium clays pop out from the three stripes branding on the side.

It's worth noting that Wade Wilson picks up an additional piece of footwear, the adidas adiZero Electric, which continues the motifs present on the lifestyle sneaker for use on the field. However, it's possible that Wolverine will get a second style in due time: the final piece in this capsule is "an adidas Originals silhouette that was worn in the film and will be released on July 26."

Alongside the full range of footwear, a set of graphic tees will also be released simultaneously. All featuring co-branded adidas and Marvel branding, they continue the comic book themes of the collection.

The “Deadpool & Wolverine” collection is set to arrive on August 1st and will be distributed via the adidas app, website, stores, and select retailers. At the time of writing, retail prices have yet to be revealed, but keep this page and our sneaker release date hub handy for the most up-to-date information as it becomes available.
